Course Title
The Everyday Oral Surgery Toolkit : Two Day practical fundamental course
Course Description
This intensive, clinically focused two-day program is designed for general practitioners who want to build confidence and competence in performing routine oral surgery procedures in everyday practice. Through a structured combination of lecture-based instruction, step-by-step clinical protocols, and hands-on skills development, participants will learn foundational techniques for predictable extractions, atraumatic tissue management, socket grafting, suturing, and the fundamentals of third molar (wisdom tooth) surgery
The course emphasizes practical decision-making, efficient surgical workflow, and complication prevention—providing participants with techniques they can immediately integrate into their clinical setting. Special attention is given to case selection, flap design, instrumentation, forceps and elevator mechanics, bone removal principles, and post-operative management to improve outcomes and reduce patient morbidity.
By the end of the program, attendees will have a clear understanding of surgical fundamentals, enhanced comfort with common oral surgery procedures, and a repeatable approach to performing extractions and basic grafting with greater predictability.
